Jake worked extremely hard and communicated very well throughout, from the initial quote to advice on tiles/sanitaryware and also whilst he conducted the work. Jake was great in explaining what and why he was doing things as work progressed and this was brilliant. Jake also arranged for all sub-contractors (plasterer, tiler, electrician, decorator) to dovetail into the overall project which worked very well. Overall we are extremely pleased with our new bathroom – it is exactly what we had hoped for and the workmanship is excellent.
